This is our largest bulk size, intended for restaurants, bakers, small producers, and anyone who goes through honey fast enough to justify buying in quantity.
The honey comes from two farms near Fall City, WA, where Pacific Northwest blackberry grows in dense hedgerows and field margins. Blackberry honey has a bold, fruity profile — ripe berry flavor up front with a bright lemon note underneath. It is one of the most distinctly Northwestern honeys you can find and a favorite among bakers for its flavor intensity.
Like all Seattle Urban Honey products, this honey is raw and unfiltered. We extract cold and jar without heating. At this volume, you get the same small-batch quality as our retail jars — just more of it.
Local pickup only. This product is available exclusively at the University District Farmers Market on Saturdays, 9am–2pm. Order by Friday at 4pm for next-day pickup. We do not ship this size.
